The jig supports the engine below the front mounting points and behind the oil drain plug. The wooden block that supports the sump has been profiled so the sump fits snugly and the engine won't be able to move around on the jig too much. I've also mounted four swiveling wheels below the base so the engine can be moved and turned around very easily. Recently I had to replace the old screws with bigger ones because the wood has gotten very soft by the most air in my garage and spilled oil.
