Aftermarket Engine Casings

Supplied by M&K Enterprises to fit GSXR 750 and 1100, bandit 600 and 1200

A short while ago I received a stunning looking pair of engine casings to fit onto a GSXR1100 motor.

These are really nice neat touches to add that bit of "special" to any GSXR750 or 1100, Bandit 600 and 1200 motors (although Bandit ones will have the "Bandit" logo on them).

The only downside I can see to these covers is that they are 250g heavier than the standard ones, so if you're into ultra lightweight parts these may not be for you.

The good stuff though..... They feel strong enough save your engine in an average off (sorry, no crash testing this time). They are priced sensibly too (more about that in a moment).

The casting is approximately 3mm thick, and have a durable anodised finish to them. In theory they could be polished, but with a cast finish, I wouldn't like to guess how long it'd take to discolour.

Site member Mar71n is offering these from his company, M&K Enterprises, for the not unreasonable sum of £109.27 including VAT and postage (PM him for prices for overseas postage)

I can highly recommend these, not only as a nice-looking addition to our bike, but as a sensible bit of crash protection (according to Mar71n they were inadvertantly tested by one of the magazines a few years ago and survived incredibly well).

For your money you'll receive a pair of casings which are superb quality and have that genuine oldskool look about them.
