ENGINE

New Suzuki GSF1200 Engine. Bored to 1216cc,using Wiseco forged - high compression pistons. Roger Upperton gas flowed & ported head, Fully radiused valve seats, matched inlet rubbers, A.P.E H/D cylinder studs, A.P.E H/D Cylinder head nuts & A.P.E. valve stem seals. Kent SUZ1 Race Cams. Orient express Race valve Springs. Orient Express Adjustable cam sprockets. Debben Billet manual cam chain tensioner GSXR 1100M 40 mm Dynojetted Mikuni carbs .K&N Air filter in modified air box Cometic gaskets. Dyna coils. Custom made Magnecor silicone leads. Micron stainless steel 4:2:1 full race system & carbon oval race can. GSXR 1100M Undercut Gear Clusters. GSXR1100M Clutch basket with M.R.E. Coil spring conversion for clutch. Barnett H/D springs. Goodridge hoses & fittings for Oil cooler, Cam feed conversion & Engine breathers. Factory H/D billet alloy starter clutch & stator covers. Other covers mirror polished, Clutch cover modified by Polygon Engineering for dual, large bore -breather take offs and chrome plated, Alloy breather catch tanks, Aerotek Extra wide 19 Row oil cooler on one off brackets. Slotted stator plate for fully adjustable ignition timing. All new shells bearings & seals etc from Suzuki, crank & rods X rayed and stress relieved

ELECTRICS

Rebuilt loom with nylon over braid, all major components relocated to fabricated alloy tray, under seat. Bates chrome H4 headlamps on one off billet alloy mounts. Alloy mini indicators with tinted lenses, modified to mount via headlamp fixings. ‘M’ Instruments in polished fascia with powder coated brackets. Flush mounted No. plate lamp in under tray.

FRAME

Mirror polished. Polished hangers with anodised alloy foot pegs. All non alloy brackets powder coated.

FRONT END

‘M’ USD. Forks , full Maxton internal conversion , Hard chromed stanchions , Anodised tubes , polished lowers. Polished & painted 3.5 wheel - Dragon ‘EVO’ Corsa tyre. P.F.M. Cast  Iron performance discs with anodised billet alloy carriers & stainless steel buttons,Polished ZX9 R Six pot calipers. Goodridge clutch & brake hoses with polished stainless bolts & sockets and anodised alloy banjo’s & ‘P’ clips , with nylon overbraid. Re-built and polished ZX7R Remote resevior master cylinders with anodised levers. Renthal alloy bars. Bandit mirror clamp & mirror. Triple clamps modified & polished with angled risers welded on. Alloy stem nut.Ohlins 150mm stroke, adjustable steering damper on polished alloy brackets

REAR END

‘M’ Fully adjustable shock - re-valved & re - built by Maxton, Fitted with Maxton uprated 550 lbs spring, Remote resevior re-charged by Maxton and relocated under seat via braided steel link hose. Polished & painted 5.5 rear wheel with Dragon ‘EVO’ tyre. Renthal anodised alloy rear sprocket. Chromed adjusters & tie bars. Polished swingarm , linkage & torque arm. Rebuilt & polished caliper & M/Cylinder. Goodridge brake hose with polished stainless bolts & sockets ,anodised alloy banjo’s & ‘P’ Clips. One off fabricated anodised alloy chain guard.

BODYWORK & PAINT

Standard ‘M’ plastics with single seat hump. Painted in a metallic silver base with anthracite air brushed chequered flames, covered in 8 coats of ‘Ink Blue’ tinted lacquer then 8 coats of clear lacquer .Finished & polished by hand. By Keith at Nasty Paint . Chrome plated grab rail. Polished filler cap. Aerotek breather assy. Fabricated alloy under tray with clearance hump for tyre.

DETAILING

All fasteners blue anodised aluminium , except on stressed applications , where blue lacquered or hand polished A3 grade stainless steel is used . All spindles and special fasteners Chrome Plated

Thanks to Ron at Maxton for suspension advice & work, Roger Upperton ,when it comes to tuning Gixxers ,he really is - god !,Dave at Tazmanic Surface Engineering took care of polishing the big bits, supplying some of the trick bits & not charging a fortune. Keith at Nasty Paint for truly outstanding paint work, Rob & Karen at RMD Dyno who spent hours & hours fiddling about with jets , needles , adjustments and countless dyno runs to get the fuelling absolutely spot on, Gixxer Johnny (Yes , really) for loads of help and advice & introducing me to Drag Racing, Brother Dean for loads of help and arranging all the Alloy welding and converting his garden shed to a metal polishing facility ,and of course my wife Julie , who never moaned about the time , effort or money I spent on my bike , Instead of her !
