Technical Specifications

ENGINE    ( So Far ! )

Suzuki Bandit 1200 Crankcases -machined by Roger Upperton to accept oversize lines on big block ,modified oil galleries for internal oil feed. APE Heavy Duty crank case studs and nuts , MRE undercut 5 speed GSXR1100M gearbox ,GSXR  Coil spring clutch conversion , MTC 'Snowflake' lock up clutch , Bandit 1200 crankshaft  - magnaflux crack tested then lightened& balanced for race use. Carrillo H beam connecting rods ,weight matched & balanced end to end. Wiseco alloy 'Big Block' with oversize liners  - grooved for 'wills rings' bored to accept  MTC 12.5:1 forged 85mm pistons ( giving 1340cc )  by Roger Upperton, APE teflon buttons , APE Heavy Duty cylinder studs ,Cometic copper base & head gaskets ,Cam Motion G21x inlet and exhaust cams , 40mm inlet rubbers , APE nitrous manifolds with NOS stainless steel 'Pro' foggers. APE billet cam chain tensioner.

Future plans include a set of 39mm Kehin FCR flatslide carbs , Gasflowed & Ported head with oversize valves on modified valve seats, Akrapovic exhaust system, NOS Nitrous Oxide system.

 ELECTRICS

None as yet ! 

 Future plans include a modified GSXR loom , using a Dyna 2000 ignition system and Dyna 2.2 Ohm coils

FRAME

'89 GSXR 1100L - rear subframe removed 

Future plans include a GSXR 1000 K2 subframe

FRONT END

Currently stock GSXR1100N USD's , with PFM cast iron discs 

Future plans include a modern lightweight USD front end - maybe GSXR K4 or similar

REAR END

Future plans include stretched & braced swingarm and a modern lightweight rear wheel

BODYWORK & PAINT  

Currently stock GSXR1100N 

Future plans include GSXR 1000 K2 seat unit & undertray
