ENGINE

Standard 750 G internals, GSX R 1100 J carbs . K & N Air filters . Heavy duty polished ‘ R ’engine covers .polished clutch cover modified to accept goodridge engine breather fed into alloy catch tank in seat unit .Heavily modified stainless steel 4 -2 -1 unknown exhaust system and yoshimura race can ,one off billet alloy mounting bracket. Goodridge oil cooler hoses. Magnesium alloy cam cover. Slotted stator plate for fully adjustable ignition timing

FRAME

Mirror polished , original sub-fame assy removed and mountings fabricated for new one off sub-frame .Polished hangers .one off billet alloy frame plugs .One off alloy heel plates, All non alloy brackets powder coated.

FRONT END

Kawasaki ZXR 750 L USD. Forks , fully rebuilt and revalved. Anodised tubes , polished lowers. Polished & painted ZX 6 R 3.5 wheel P.F.M. Cast Iron performance discs with anodised billet alloy carriers & stainless steel buttons, Polished ZXR 750 L four pot calipers. Goodridge clutch & brake hoses with polished stainless bolts , sockets and banjo’s .Re-built and polished ZX7R Remote reservoir master cylinder with mini reservoir and anodised levers. Renthal alloy bars. Bandit mirror clamp & mirror. Triple clamps modified to accept one off stem & polished with angled risers welded on.

REAR END

‘G’ Fully adjustable shock - re-valved & re - built,. Polished & painted ZX 6 R 5” rear wheel .Z 650 rear sprocket. Gold X-Ring H/D chain, Chromed adjusters & tie bars. Polished swingarm , linkage & torque arm. One off alloy caliper hanger. Rebuilt & polished caliper & M/Cylinder. Goodridge brake hose with polished stainless bolts & sockets ,anodised alloy banjo’s & ‘P’ Clips. One off fabricated stainless steel chain guard.

ELECTRICS

Rebuilt loom with nylon over braid, all major components & battery relocated to fabricated tray, under fuel tank. Bates mini chrome headlamps on one off billet alloy mounts. Alloy mini indicators ,modified to mount via headlamp fixings. ‘J’ tacho in one off alloy fabricated pod inc. digital speedo assy and L.E.D idiot lights . Aftermarket rear lamp assy frenched into tail unit

BODYWORK & PAINT

Standard ‘G’ Fuel tank ,GSX R 400 M mudguard ,Modified Harris single seat unit with one off alacantra suede seat pads .Air Brushed Suzuki race paint over pearl white with St George cross on seat unit then 8 coats of clear lacquer .Finished & polished by hand. By Keith at Nasty Paint .Polished filler cap. Aerotek breather assy. Fabricated stainless steel under tray.

DETAILING

All fasteners blue anodised aluminium , except on stressed applications , where hand polished A3 grade stainless steel is used . All spindles and special fasteners Chrome Plated
